Uptime Referral Scheme
Recommend an MSP to Uptime and receive up to £500/$670 per successful referral.
Our referral scheme rewards existing Uptime partners and company associates for introducing MSPs that could benefit from our services. Your introductions help us support more MSPs worldwide, and we want to reward you for helping us grow.
How the referral scheme works
1. Make a qualifying referral
Recommend an MSP to Uptime and receive £100/$135.
2. Earn an additional reward
If the referred MSP signs a contract with Uptime, you will receive a further £400/$535, bringing your total reward to £500/$670 per successful referral.
Choose your reward
Depending on your preference and eligibility, rewards can be redeemed as:
1. Uptime bill credit.
2. A voucher.
3. A personal gift.
Referral criteria
To qualify for the scheme, the referred business must:
1. Be an MSP or provide managed IT services.
2. Not be an existing prospect that Uptime is already speaking with.
3. Not have been an Uptime lead during the previous 12 months.
How to refer an MSP
Introduce the business directly to your Uptime Account Manager or email business@uptimeglobal.tech, copying the referred contact into the introduction. A member of the Uptime team will then contact the business directly.
We appreciate your continued support and every introduction you make.
Terms
The additional sign-up reward will be issued 30 days after the referred MSP’s service goes live. All rewards will be processed on the final day of the month.
Uptime reserves the right to decline a referral if the eligibility criteria are not met or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
